The joy of life is in the sounds of life;
take time, and just listen. – C.Lynn

added note:
Hehehe – I thought about my last post about wanting to detox…
not like I’m on drugs or something…
detox from all the pollution, the chemicals and pollution in the air and all around us, and in my body, making it miserable.

also:  it appears that WordPress has wiped out all my previously posted pictures.

  1. Listening is a good social behavior and often is helping the ones who talk to us about his miseries .

  2. OHMYGOSH!? Darn WordPress! That’s horrible. 😦
    That kind of detoxing is important. What do you do to detox?
    I love that Lynnism! Listening is so important! To people…and to other sounds! I like listening to the sounds in my life…Cooper snoring, birds singing, kids playing, friends talking, rain falling, the waterfall sound on my White Noise machine, the ceiling fan blades whirring, music playing, etc! 🙂
    HUGS!!! And Happy Moan-Day!!! 🙂

    1. That was the trouble…
      Yesterday I was trying to decide… a cup of detox tea
      or Zeoforce…
      or the CALM magnesium that I am giving a try
      or soak in an epsom salts bath, or a Zeoforce bath…

      I wish I knew what would really work to get all the gunk out of my system, and my body feeling better. I constantly feel like my body is trying to purge the poisons… needs to purge the toxins.

      Thanks for the Monday wishes. It’s physical therapy day… get-rid-of-the-moans day. 🙂
